The proposed development consists of :

– EWS units different Blocks – G+5 structures .

– PDP- private Development Project which is developed on the area allocated

– While land for EWS is 65% of the total allocation , for PDP it is 35%

– Over all FAR allowed is 3.5 for both EWS and PDP development.

Proposed 2B (Envolope) + S + 30 storied Residential Apartment building (Tower-1) and 2B (Envolope) + S + 31 storied Residential Apartment building (Tower-2) with other ancillary buildings;
