– The client came to us with a mix use requirement of a BPO centre, Guest house Facility, Training Centre and a bunch of other minor use cases along with sufficient space for future expansion.
– The separate use zones have been divided, both horizontally as well as vertically.
– A courtyard has been kept at the junction point between the commercial and the residential zones. It also allows for light penetration and enhanced ventilation.
– All functionalities have been given their proper segregated entries.
– The building successfully demonstrates all traits of a modern, technologically advanced, environment friendly and yet dignified structure.
– The internal layouts are based on open office concept with modular furniture. It makes the interior most flexible for changing requirements of a dynamic work place.
– The green design principles have been followed while deciding the material, workmanship and method of execution to make its carbon foot print minimal and to set standards in the region.
– The cultural heritage of Odisha is reflected in its vibrant art forms. Having distinct traditions of painting, architecture, sculpture, handicrafts, music and dance, Odisha boasts of a long and rich cultural heritage
– Keeping the same in the mind, Theme revolves around the art, culture and the rich Heritage of the state and we have tried to depict the same in the Interior of the building.
– Each floor of the building represents a unique feature of the state which highlights the glorious past of the state.
