– The proposed campus has been designed as the blend of open spaces, courtyards, interactive spaces with the built mass.

– Completely Sustainable with Zero Discharge- Platinum Rating has been targeted.

– Each floor of the institutional building has catered different department wise requirements such as precision engineering, marine engineering, marine offshore, aerospace technology, aerospace and avionics, etc.

– Keeping the same in the mind, the theme revolves around work, live & play, we have tried to depict the same in the Interiors of the building.
